My name is Matt Stanton, I have been involved in the fitness industry for 6 years. I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer. During my time within the fitness industry i have taught many classes such as: Advanced Circuits, Spinning, Fit-ball Core Strength & Conditioning, Aerobics, Boxercise. Aqua Aerobics. I’m also a Level 1 Football Coach.
Fitness is what I have always loved & over the years I have learned many advanced techniques to help achieve clients specific goals. Instructing, teaching & guiding is what I love to do & I look forward to helping you achieve your goals
As well as being active within the fitness industry I am also studying Fire & Rescue at University. Im looking forward to meeting you all at MFF and putting you manoeuvres guys through your paces.
